01ProblemStrategy

Advanced capability was difficult to understand as one coherent offer.

Elara Labs spans AI interfaces, enterprise dashboards, digital product design, data visualisation, cloud innovation, and software engineering. The challenge was to communicate that range without turning the website into a wall of technical terminology or a disconnected catalogue of services.

02Users / business contextUX

Who the product had to work for—and what the business needed it to change.

Primary users
  • Technology decision-makers
  • Enterprise teams
  • Product leaders
  • Organisations adopting AI
Business goals
  • Clarify the company's positioning
  • Make technical services easy to evaluate
  • Build trust in the team and process
  • Create a direct path to project enquiries
03Research / discoveryUX

Discovery focused on the decisions people were already trying to make.

What shaped the direction
  • Business outcomes needed to lead before implementation detail.
  • AI design and software engineering had to feel connected, not like separate practices.
  • Proof of process and team credibility mattered before the contact decision.
04Key pain pointsUX

The experience had to remove three sources of friction.

01

Abstract language

Big data, AI, and cloud terminology did not explain what a client could achieve with the company.

02

Competing capabilities

A broad service range risked making the company feel unfocused instead of multidisciplinary.

03

Distant conversion

Potential clients needed a clear route from a relevant capability to a useful project conversation.

05User flows / information architectureUX

06WireframesUX / UI

The structure grouped capabilities by the decisions visitors were making.

Early layouts tested a short positioning-led opening, a modular expertise index, focused service explanations, and a persistent route to contact. The hierarchy was designed to work for both technical readers and business stakeholders scanning for relevance.

07Design explorationUI

Technical confidence without the coldness of a conventional software site.

01

Lead with outcomes before infrastructure

02

Use strong contrast to organise dense ideas

03

Give every capability one clear promise

04

Keep the contact path visible without interrupting discovery

08Final UIUI

A visual language that connects software, intelligence, and scale.

The published experience combines deep technology tones, luminous imagery, generous typography, and modular content sections. The live company page and supporting visual directions show how software engineering, cloud capability, and data-led decision-making are held within one recognisable system.

  • A blue technology palette links varied imagery into one system.
  • Reusable section patterns give each service its own focus while preserving rhythm.
  • Responsive type and spacing keep technical content legible from mobile to large displays.
10ImplementationFront-end

The live platform balances expressive motion with maintainable publishing.

The responsive build uses a content-managed WordPress foundation with modular page sections for expertise, company information, team content, FAQs, and enquiries. Performance, semantic content order, responsive behaviour, and route-specific metadata were treated as part of the experience rather than final polish.

01

Build reusable content sections instead of one-off page compositions.

02

Prioritise critical visual assets and defer supporting media.

03

Keep navigation and enquiry actions usable across touch, keyboard, and desktop interactions.

11LearningsReflection

What the work changed—and what I would carry into the next version.

01

Technical positioning becomes stronger when every capability is tied to an outcome.

02

A multidisciplinary company needs one shared narrative before it needs more service pages.

03

Expressive technology visuals work best when the content hierarchy stays restrained.

One clear digital story for a multidisciplinary technology company.

Elara Labs now has a cohesive platform that connects its mission, expertise, team, and enquiry journey. The experience gives complex capabilities a practical structure and a visual identity designed to support the company's next stage of growth.
